Dear friends,
Year Without A Summer has made its way to Vancouver which is 12692.827km away from Sg. Ular (Kuantan), the place we shot the film.
No matter where you are, we have a very important message for you:
"Lynas, an Australian company is building the world biggest rare earth refinery near to this village Sungai Ular, Kuantan and Tan Chui Mui is currently campanining to stop Lynas. Liew Seng Tat, Woo Ming Jin and Yeo Joon Han are making short films to support. You can find out more fromhere!

It's been 6 nights that the film opened at TGV, KLCC. We sit in the cinema every night to make sure the projection quality is right; no light switched on when the show started and the darkness should remain until the end credit finished.
The director, Tan Chui Mui and the sound designer Pete Teo were in Tokyo Filmex to present the film last year.
