Sinopsis:
Tentang Sidi (Saeful Nazhif Satria) yang meningkat remaja dan bapanya Adman (Sharonizam Noor) yang tinggal di sebuah flet kos rendah di Johor Bahru yang dihuni karakter-karakter unik. Suatu hari, suri mereka (Maya Karin) pergi tanpa meninggalkan pesan. Awalnya Sidi terbuai dengan kebebasan automatik yang timbul sesuai dengan gejolak remajanya dan mula bersekolah sendirian. Manakala memancing dan menikmati lagu dan filem Melayu lama, barangkali bagaimana Adman memenuhi ruang kosong raga dan jiwa. Lama kelamaan ruang-ruang sempit di flet itu menjadi terlalu luas dan akhirnya bisa merenggangkan mereka berdua.

Synopsis:
A film about a boy, barely in secondary school, Sidi and his father Adman, who both unknowingly cope with the sudden absence of a key female figure in their life. *In a probable separate story, a boyish young woman returns to photograph the backdrop of her past. Set in the border town of Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The literal meaning of the title is a Malay saying "like the owl misses the moon" a reflection of unrequited (and unconsummated) longing.

Writer/ Editor/ Director bio/filmography:
AZHARR RUDIN (born in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia) is a person based in Kuala Lumpur. He has had stints as pizza maker, web designer, contributing photographer/writer for a Malaysian music magazine, before venturing into filmmaking. He was editor for the documentaries THE YEAR OF LIVING VICARIOUSLY (2005) and LELAKI KOMUNIS TERAKHIR (THE LAST COMMUNIST). His MAJIDEE (2005) won awards at film festivals in Hawaii, Tokyo and Singapore. It has also screened in other festivals including Rotterdam, Sydney and Clermont-Ferrand. His compilation of shorts called THE AMBER SEXALOGY debuted at the 2006 Singapore International Film Festival. He served as a NETPAC juror in Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival (2007) and is currently in post-production for his first feature, PUNGGOK RINDUKAN BULAN (THIS LONGING).
