I found an email you sent me long ago with your picture attached and a message saying "Here's a picture for you to remember me by - Yasmin"

After the funeral, I went home to my parents for dinner with my eyes swollen. I didn't have to tell them how sad I was. They didn't ask either. I guess it showed on my face.

When I was about to leave, my mother came up to me and passed me a bag of fruits. She asked me not to fall asleep while I drive.

My mother never tell me how much she loves me and she doesn't have to. It shows on her face.

I drove home crying, or maybe I cried home driving.
